Some of us have fear. It can be anything. A fear stems out of some past experience, s few out of nowhere. But the choice is ours - whether we want to continue living with fears or we decide to tear the fear.
Here are a few ways to overcome our fear,
1. Don't focus on it
2. Control your mind
3. Train your brain
4. Try to approach the fear, rather than running away from it
5. Face it always
If there is something that is needs to be addresses, take baby steps. One at a time and it will be overcome!
