I have decided that 2020 should be better with respect to Work Out. I have chalked out a plan and here is what I have decided to do,
1. Gym Workout - 3 times a week
2. Yoga - 4 times a week
3. 10,000 Steps - 5 times a week
4. Biking - 2 times a week
5. Practice for 5K and 10K runs and participate in one run in 2020.
This is my plan and I hope that it gets materialized!
