Constantly we are being questioned. But, we own the choice to answer what we want too. It's not necessary to give those extra answers when it is not needed.
Just answer to the point and it will be fine. We do not need to answer more than what is required. Being to the point is always the best approach.
Sometimes, in our full zing, we tend to go overboard in our talking. There are so many unnecessary and unwanted responses that flow out. But the deal is in holding and watching out what we respond to questions posed to us.
Next time, be wise and don't respond otherwise!
